The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and dedicated Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialist to join the Product Security Engineering team in Seattle or Everett Washington. Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Mid-Level and Senior Integrated Planning and Scheduling Specialists.
Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position along with the ability to build strong relationships collaborate in a cross-functional environment and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities.
Position Responsibilities:
Supports/Independently develops coordinates integrates analyzes and maintains an integrated plan and schedule to meet program and/or project requirements in accordance with project management industry standards
Performs studies analysis (trend variance impact) and risk assessments to determine impacts and constraints involving product development production rates process improvement and/or program initiatives
Facilitates and ensures integration of project/program plans schedules change and baseline management processes techniques considered to be standard methodologies across the industry
Implements Program Management Best Practices and creates reports metrics and change activities to support project decision makers and improve project management and integrated scheduling processes and business systems
Directs all phases of projects or subsystems of major projects from inception through completion
Acts as primary project contact to establish key stakeholder requirements and project objectives
Coordinates commitments with internal and external partners to fulfill strategies
Assists customers to develop performance recovery plans and ensure all project control systems are in place to support ongoing support to stakeholders
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in either Seattle or Everett Washington.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Experience with Integrated Scheduling
Experience communicating with employees customers peers and multiple levels of leadership
Experience working in a cross-functional environment
Experience using Microsoft Project Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Senior: 5 years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience using Open Plan Professional (OPP)
Program and Project Management Best Practices Agile Scrum Master Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) Microsoft Project Milestones Pro and BORIS
Agile Scrum Master PMP PgMP or equivalent Project Management
