Job Summary
Position Overview
This position provides responsive and engaging support for childcare professionals related to state licensing Idaho Child Care Program ( ICCP ) and business practices. This position works with other coaches in the regional offices as part of a multi-disciplinary team to support child care providers. Duties may include: Idaho Child Care Orientations Business practice support Licensing compliance support ICCP compliance support Child care referrals Other duties as assigned
Required Experience
Two years providing customer support Balancing and coordinating a workload for multiple projects Using computers and software for email scheduling word processing data entry and organization Communicating to small and large audiences Maintaining confidentiality while managing sensitive documents and information Working in a professional setting
