Department Overview

Job Description

• Work with Implementation Consultants to configure Noggin software in accordance with project deliverables and user requirements specifically user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Monitor and troubleshoot common and daily tasks and events as well as changes.

• Write internal knowledge base and customer service materials.

• Reproduce test resolve and document software bugs defects and problems.

• Examine and evaluate current systems to identify needed updates or adjustments to the system.

• Validate changes by testing configuration.

• Train users on the new operation systems and provide support.

• Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments.

• Accurate time logging and tracking in accordance with specified billable target of 80%.

Basic Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field

• 0-3 years in a software configuration role - recent graduates welcome

• Experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira & Confluence)
