At Nomagic were on a mission to teach robots the real world. Were now looking for a Senior Recruiter who will help us hire the best talent across Polish and EU markets.

Some of the tasks you may work on directly with our Founders:
- Own and manage the end-to-end interview process
- Hire according to the highest standards with high efficiency
- Source filter candidates collaborate with hiring managers schedule interviews
- Be the point of contact for candidates throughout the process
- Measure and own their satisfaction level
- Supporting Employer Branding
What skills wed like you to have:
- 5 year of Experience as a recruiter
- Track record of working and succeeding in high talent density organizations
- Great organisational and communication skills
- Educational background in business management analytics human resources etc
- Outstanding communication skills in English and Polish. German is a plus
- Highly energetic! Strive to get things done and find solutions whatever it takes
What should you expect once you apply
- 45-minute interview with a Recruiter
- 45-minute interview with your future manager COO
- 30-minute interview with Engineering Leadership
- Preparation of a homework assignment
- Half a day of onsite interviews
