An ambitious and growing business in the water hygiene and compliance sector is looking for a UK Sales Manager to drive new contracts and unlock their next phase of growth. This isnt just another sales role youll make a real day-to-day impact on the wider business influencing strategy shaping client relationships and playing a key role in scaling the company towards ambitious growth targets.
Win and develop new recurring revenue contracts across water hygiene and legionella compliance
Work with high-profile clients across healthcare education FM and commercial property
Get involved in tenders frameworks and key account development
Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
Sole contributor role initially with genuine scope to build and lead a sales team as the business grows
Basic salary:DOE
Car allowance: 450 p/m
Commission: Uncapped realistic OTE 80k with no ceiling

Proven experience selling water hygiene contracts (ACoP L8 HTM 04-01 HSG274)
Strong sector network in FM healthcare education or commercial property
Ambitious self-motivated and motivated by uncapped rewards
