Gorseland Primary School is looking for a Reception Teacher.
We are a larger than average two-form entry primary school with a large Nursery and two specialist are an inclusive learning community where children and staff alike value being ready respectful and safe in our endeavours to be the best we can be. As a staff we feel it is our duty to foster and celebrate a love of learning through developing children who are self-confident hardworking and resilient. In Early Years we believe that all children deserve an education that allows their natural creativity and curiosity to flourish alongside the purposeful acquisition of skills and knowledge. Through our workshop style environmentwe value that children learn best through playandfreely flowing between the indoor and outdoor environments.
Our experienced practitionerswill provide quality interactions with thechildren that develop them as confident and capable learners who enjoy exploring their own ideas and theories. The practitioner will observe support discuss challenge and extend the children through developing nurturing and supportive relationships with your child and with you.
