Centre Director Busy Bees at Coorparoo
Location: 41 Harries Road Coorparoo QLD 4151
Licensed Capacity: 113 places
Hourly Rate: $45.53 $51.17 (WT 6A.1 to 6.9)
About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Centre Director to lead our beautiful service at Busy Bees at Coorparoo. As a Centre Director you will:
- Lead and inspire your team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Busy Bees standards
- Build strong partnerships with families children and the local community
- Manage enrolments budgets and staffing effectively
- Drive continuous improvement and quality outcomes for children
- Foster a culture of collaboration growth and professional development
What Youll Need
- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA recognised)
- Proven leadership experience in a childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of NQF EYLF and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage operations compliance and staff performance
- Current Working with Children Check (QLD Blue Card) First Aid & CPR
