We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer who will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining high-performance reliable and secure software applications using C C# MATLAB and Python programming. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of programming languages and their integration within complex systems. This role requires strong skills the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and hands-on experience in site reliability engineering.
Essential Job Functions
- Design develop test deploy maintain and optimize software applications using C C# MATLAB and Python programming languages.
- Collaborate with data scientists engineers and R&D technical team members to integrate technologies and solve complex problems.
- Establish monitoring logging and alerting systems to ensure high availability of R&D applications.
- Perform root cause analysis on system failures and implement corrective actions.
- Stay current with emerging trends in software development and site reliability engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as MatLab Python Bash etc. and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy Pandas SciPy etc.
- Strong understanding of system architecture infrastructure as code (IaC) containerization (e.g. Podman or Docker) and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
- Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure including services like EC2 S3 IAM etc.
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g. healthcare finance) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills attention to detail and the capacity for continuous learning and adaptation.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience mentoring team members is preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$89000-$142000Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
