WHAT YOULL DO
Employee Support & Lifecycle Management
Provide responsive professional support to employee and manager inquiries across the full
employee lifecycle including Pay and Rewards Benefits Payroll Leave Entitlements
Internal & International Mobility Job & Organizational Data Changes Employment
Verifications and Immigration.
Manage the end-to-end employee data lifecycle from onboarding through exits including
data entry for new hires transfers promotions terminations and other changes triggered
by business needs or policy updates.
Accurately manage employee data transactions in Workday including new hires transfers
promotions terminations and business/policy-driven changes.
Data Quality Governance & Compliance
Ensure data accuracy completeness and consistency in Workday through rigorous data
entry audits and adherence to governance protocols.
Serve as a quality checkpoint for employee data used by downstream systems; escalate
complex data/system issues in partnership with IT and HR Operations leadership.
Support compliance efforts by maintaining process standards and completing internal and
regulatory reporting audits (e.g. monthly quarterly and annual labor surveys as required
by local governments).
Systems & Process Optimization
Identify and implement improvements that enhance data quality operational efficiency and
the scalability and automation of HR data processes.
Collaborate with IT and vendors to support Workday enhancements system upgrades and
data integrations aligned with evolving business needs.
Maintain robust up-to-date process documentation that aligns with current procedures
and compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal stakeholdersincluding HR Business Partners Talent Acquisition
Benefits Payroll Legal Finance IT and Facilitiesand external vendors to ensure a
cohesive and accurate employee data experience.
Participate in HR operations improvement initiatives contributing insights that support
service excellence and innovation.
