This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations and building strong working relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders. As a key member of the team you will coordinate closely with colleagues and partners to support operational efficiency and deliver a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the main communication point for customers suppliers and shipyards in Korea.
Learn and make effective use of our internal systems and software tools.
Attend and support project Kick-Off Meetings and help monitor project progress.
Stay updated on relevant regulations and offer guidance to stakeholders when needed.
Work with various teams to ensure accurate documentation for system and database setup.
Translate presentations manuals and other documents from English to Korean.
Job Requirements
Diploma or higher in any discipline preferably Maritime or Engineering.
Fresh graduates are welcome; full training will be provided.
Prior experience in the maritime or shipping industry is an advantage but not essential.
Proficiency in both English and Korean (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Willingness to work beyond regular hours when required.
Strong attention to detail with a structured and methodical approach.
Adaptable and resilient able to perform effectively in fast-paced changing environments.
Self-motivated with a positive proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Word).
