Job Summary
As Social Media & PR Specialist (Position) you will:
- Social Media community management for BYD profiles (FB IG Tiktok Linkedin).
- Social Media content strategy proposal and development in cooperation with external partners (production design).
- Organic content planning: central content implementation local content briefing and implementation.
- Collaboration with KOLs and influencers: excellent knowledge of local content creator and influencer scene proposals for collaboration in line with the brand positioning and strategy briefing planning contract coordination.
- KPI analysis and reporting in order to ensure budget efficiency and improve communication quality.
- PR activities: translation and preparation of central press releases in a timely manner preparation of local press releases.
- PRESS parc: coordination with journalists and KOLs with booking press tests ensuring smooth handover process and press test experience.
- Collaboration: work closely and support Marketing & PR team product team sales team BYD Dealers and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and successful campaign execution.
- Budget Management: assist in managing the marketing budget ensuring cost efficiency.
- Monitor BYD activities as well as Dealers activities and competitors.
- Be a brand ambassador a solid team-player and work always with the customer in mind.
Expectations:
- Min 5 years of experience in social media management.
- Full understanding of all social media channels social media strategy and KPIs
- Experience in coordination of content creation.
- Wide knowledge of local KOLs influencers and content creators understanding and identifying trends.
- Experience in event management and car handling for press conferences and other events is a plus.
SKILLS:
- Excellent knowledge of Croatian and English writing skills
- Exceptional communication skills

- Drivers license B category
