About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza London Victoria as a Assistant Maintenance Manager. In this role will support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the maintenance department. This role involves supervising maintenance staff ensuring equipment reliability planning preventive maintenance schedules and assisting with budgeting and compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge leadership skills and the ability to improve operational efficiency.

• HVAC Electrical or Mechanical certifications
