Position Overview
The Peripheral Territory Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within their designated territory of Houston N to Lufkin. This role involves strategic account management relationship building with key healthcare professionals effective territory planning and promoting innovative health solutions. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare technology and a desire to make a tangible impact in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic territory plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to customers on the use of health solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to strategize effectively.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree and clean driving history.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A deep understanding of the healthcare industry and current market dynamics.
- Case coverage experience (there is no on call for this role) ASC/OBL and Hospital sales experience selling in the medical device space.
- Proven track record of success.
Desired Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or territory management in the medical device sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in account management and customer relationship building.
- Peripheral vascular experience is required for a higher base salary offer.
