Department of Defense Manufacturing facility. Focus is on a single site but orginization has many within the US.
Role Description
This is a contract remote role with some travel to location when needed for an Epicor Kinetic Operational Consultant. The consultant will be responsible for analyzing and improving operational efficiency within the Epicor Kinetic system. Day-to-day tasks include system configuration process optimization user training and troubleshooting. The consultant will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly. This is GCC High environment so candidate must be US Citizen.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Epicor Kinetic ERP system
- Experience with system configuration and process optimization
- Ability to conduct user training and provide support
- Ability to utilize Epicor Toolset to achieve desired results (BPM Dashboard creation reporting changes as needed)
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and drive fransformation
- Experience with supply chain or manufacturing operations is a must
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Business Administration or related field
