The Opportunity
As Vice President of Marketing you will lead the evolution of eCommission s brand demand generation and partner-facing marketing efforts. You will set the vision and strategy for how we communicate our value build the team and capabilities to execute it and ensure that marketing directly drives measurable growth in distribution adoption and revenue. This is a pivotal hands-on leadership role where you ll help to shape and drive the story of eCommission.
Responsibilities
Brand Leadership & Positioning
- Own the strategy for continuing to build the eCommission brand.
- Refresh and unify our digital presence including as the central front door.
- Ensure consistent and compliant messaging across all channels positioning eCommission as trusted compliant and innovative.
- Define and execute the overarching brand strategy to build awareness and credibility in the real estate and fintech spaces.
Demand Generation & Growth Marketing
- Build and execute a marketing strategy that fuels agent acquisition broker partnerships and partner network growth.
- Develop and manage campaigns across digital partner and event channels with clear ROI targets.
- Develop an Inside Sales function focused on maximizing conversion of inbound traffic through tailored campaigns and agent engagement.
Content Communications & Partner Marketing
- Oversee development of compelling high-conversion content for agents brokers and partners emphasizing education trust and product value.
- Partner with industry platforms for integration opportunities to drive adoption.
- Manage PR and thought leadership initiatives to elevate eCommission s voice and profile in the industry.
Analytics & Reporting
- Establish robust performance reporting and analytics for all marketing activities aligning spend to acquisition conversion and retention metrics.
- Deliver clear actionable insights to the executive team and board supporting data-driven decision-making and ROI.
Team Leadership
- Hire mentor and scale a high-performing marketing team across digital content partner marketing and inside sales.
- Manage third-party creative and brand partners to supplement in-house capabilities.
Qualifications
- At least 7 years but ideally 10 years of progressive marketing and leadership experience preferably in fintech proptech or B2B SaaS with a focus on growth-stage environments.
- Proven experience leading brand evolution and marketing transformation particularly through major growth or transformation phases.
- Demonstrated success in demand generation with a strong ability to connect spend with measurable business results.
- Experience leading digital marketing partner marketing and brand strategy in a high-growth environment.
- Data-driven mindset comfortable with marketing analytics funnel performance and ROI reporting.
- Collaborative leader with the ability to work cross-functionally (Sales Product Technology Operations).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling messaging for various audiences agents partners investors and internal teams.
- Passion for real estate innovation fintech disruption and building things that last.
