Shift: Full-Time Days (Monday Friday 40 hours/week)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Watertown NY. The ideal candidate will evaluate plan and deliver personalized speech therapy services to patients across various clinical settings contributing to their communication and swallowing function improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations and re-evaluations of patients referred for speech-language services.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical judgment.
- Document assessments treatment plans and progress in accordance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide education to patients and caregivers regarding therapy goals and techniques for continued care at home.
- May be required to float between departments or facilities as needed.
- Assist in supervising support personnel including speech therapy aides or assistants.
Qualifications:
- BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) Required
- Current and valid Speech Language Pathologist license in New York State Required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical SLP role Highly Preferred
