Change Manager - Quality Management Systems
Summary:
A Change Management role focused on electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS) involves overseeing and implementing changes within an organizations quality processes using digital platforms. The position ensures compliance documentation and process improvement through the eQMS.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate change control processes within the eQMS
Ensure all changes are documented reviewed and approved according to regulatory and company standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of proposed changes
Monitor the implementation of changes and verify effectiveness
Maintain accurate records and reports within the eQMS
Provide training and support to users on change management procedures in the eQMS
Qualifications:
BA/BS in a related field
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related role
Experience with electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS)
Project management skills required.
Strong understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to analyze data and generate reports from the eQMS
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to bring change management and compliance together
Location/Schedule:
This is a fully onsite role in Sanford NC
Monday - Friday; 40 hours per week
