Data Collection: Unit Information: (insert name) Location: Corpus Christi Medical Center Address: 7101 South Padre Island Drive Floor: 1st and 2nd floor NICU Building: Bay Area Campus General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 32 Number of Staff 63 Type of staff: o Day Shift 1 charge 1 unit clerk necessary nurses to take care of patients o Night Shift 1 charge unit clerk necessary nurses to take care of patients Patient Ratios 1:2 or 1:3 Type of equipment Vents Oscillators Vapotherm EMR Centricity Perinatal and meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: Ventilator experience experience with 23 40 week gestation infants Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Ventilator/Oscillator CPN charting List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Intubations assist with eye exams feeding tube insertions IV insertions Best personality Fit: Gets along well with others; not a no it all REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS: CPR NRP Floating Area(s): Level ll NICU and Newborn Nursery Dress Code: Scrub Color/Attire - Royal Blue Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
