2 neuro intensivists in group and they will be available by phone at nights

Typical level 1 trauma set up
Documentation System/EMR: Epic
Trauma Level/Designation: level 1 trauma comprehensive stroke
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe:90-120 days
Travel Reimbursement Information:
- All bookings must be standard/economy
- Lodging must be within $150/night
- Anything else that exceeds this must be approved by the facility
