VRM Account Reactivation NISM 8
Location Goregaon Mumbai Maharashtra India
Work Mode Work from Office (Full-time)

Looking for a dynamic communicator with market awareness to reconnect and reactivate inactive clients drive trading activity and ensure compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Call & re-engage inactive clients resolve queries and motivate them to restart trading.
  • Provide end-to-end support ensuring client satisfaction & retention.
  • Share market insights to enhance client engagement.
  • Execute trades only with consent adhering to compliance standards.
  • Achieve reactivation and quality KRAs while reporting progress regularly.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of equity markets/trading.
  • Client-focused with problem-solving ability.
  • Compliance-oriented with target-driven mindset.

Eligibility

  • Experience: 0.5 years in customer engagement/reactivation/financial services.
  • Qualification: Graduation NISM Series VIII certification (mandatory).
  • Age: Below 30 years.
