Design & Drawing Review
-
Verify electrical layouts SLDs and wiring diagrams.
-
Ensure compliance with IS standards fire norms and local codes.
-
Coordinate with consultants/vendors; maintain as-built drawings.

BOQ & Technical Evaluation
-
Prepare BOQ for HT/LT panels cables lighting earthing DBs etc.
-
Evaluate vendor quotes and submissions during PR/PO stages.
-

Site Execution & Testing
-
Supervise installation & commissioning of all electrical systems.
-
Conduct functional checks (lighting DG UPS panels alarms).
-
Ensure testing (IR loop earth-pit) is done and documented.

Maintenance Planning
-
Create preventive maintenance schedules for all assets.
-
Resolve breakdowns promptly to minimize downtime.
-

Safety & Compliance
-
Ensure electrical safety compliance and audit readiness.
-
Maintain all technical documents and test reports.
-

Energy & Cost Optimization
-
Monitor energy use and suggest savings (LED automation PF).
-
Coordinate with IoT vendors for smart energy monitoring.

Vendor & Quality Control
-
Monitor contractor work quality safety and timeline adherence.
-
Approve bills post joint measurements.
