Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Mammographer to join our radiography team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional technical expertise in mammography uphold the highest standards of patient care and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate diagnostics and a positive patient experience.

Responsibilities:

• Provide highly skilled and specialised Mammography for patients within the radiographic department

• Produce mammograms to an optimum diagnostic quality

• Communicate effectively with radiography team members and liaise with other disciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate records and update them as required

• Ensure a high standard of patient care is maintained throughout the process

Primary Skills:

• Proficiency in Mammography techniques and diagnostic imaging

• Strong patient care and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Secondary Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience in other radiographic imaging modalities

• Familiarity with advanced imaging technology and electronic health record systems

Qualifications:

• HCPC registration (must be unrestricted)

• Mammography Accreditation qualification

• Minimum of 4 years Radiography experience

• Demonstrated compassion excellent patient care and strong communication skills
