Job Summary

Responsibilities

Design configure and customize ServiceNow modules (incident problem change request CMDB asset knowledge service catalog reporting etc.).
Develop integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
Create and maintain workflows UI policies business rules and scripts to automate processes.
Support data conversion tasks: mapping transformation imports and validation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and production.
Ensure developed solutions comply with City security and performance requirements.
Provide technical documentation for developed customizations.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent experience.
3 5 years experience developing on the ServiceNow platform.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript Glide API HTML CSS and AngularJS.
Hands-on experience with integrations (REST SOAP JSON MID Server).
Familiarity with ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.

Certifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in at least one module (e.g. ITSM CMDB Discovery).
