Job Summary

Directs and manages the overall test strategy of prgram/product with focus on the end customer. Contributes to the product planning scheduling budgeting and delivery. Taking responsibility and accountability for individual functional as well as overall team deliveries. Escalates risk as appropriate.

Leads drives and participate in and contributes to the development of process standard and improvement initiatives. Manages partner teams to ensure scope is understood. Leads and manages team members in their work on program /product development efforts.
