What We re Looking For:

Prepare pleadings motions depositions and briefs.
Represent clients in divorce custody child support and related family matters.
Develop and execute cost-effective litigation strategies.
Manage a high-volume caseload and keep cases organized and on track.
Attend court appearances throughout the tri-state area.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent client outcomes.

What You Bring:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Active NY Bar admission required.
7 10 years of matrimonial or family law experience.
In-depth knowledge of Supreme Court and Family Court procedures.
Excellent legal writing organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong oral communication and client-relations skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
