Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist (CST)
Location Requirement: Eagle Pass TX
Shift: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
Schedule: 3 days per week (rotating shifts)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our surgical this role you will be responsible for preparing and organizing the operating room assisting surgeons during procedures and ensuring the proper sterilization and setup of surgical instruments and emergency case carts.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare the operating room and surgical instruments for procedures.
Assist surgeons and the surgical team throughout operations.
Ensure all surgical equipment is properly sterilized and ready for use.
Assemble scheduled and emergency case carts.
Adhere to all safety and sterilization protocols.
Communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Education:

High School Diploma or GED
Certification: NBSTSA Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST)
Experience: Minimum 2 years in an operating room setting
Additional Certification: BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
