We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with exceptional scripting expertise to join our innovative this role you will be at the forefront of designing developing and implementing cutting-edge agentic solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will leverage your deep technical knowledge to build intelligent autonomous agents that streamline business processes enhance user experiences and drive significant efficiency gains across the organization. Key Responsibilities

Design and Develop Agentic Workflows: Build complex multi-step workflows that enable AI agents to reason plan and execute tasks autonomously within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Advanced Scripting: Utilize your expert-level knowledge of JavaScript Glide APIs and ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules Script Includes UI Actions etc.) to create robust and scalable solutions.
Custom Application Development: Build custom applications on the Now Platform to support and extend our agentic AI initiatives.
API and Integration Hub: Develop and manage integrations with other enterprise systems using REST SOAP and the ServiceNow Integration Hub to ensure seamless data flow and process orchestration.
Now Assist and AI Agent Studio: Leverage the latest ServiceNow AI technologies including Now Assist and AI Agent Studio to create and configure intelligent agents.
Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts process owners and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Troubleshooting and Optimization: Identify and resolve complex technical issues and continuously optimize the performance and reliability of our ServiceNow solutions.

Required Qualifications

Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Scripting Expertise: Proven mastery of JavaScript and ServiceNow-specific scripting (server-side and client-side).
ServiceNow Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform architecture data model and core ITSM modules (Incident Problem Change etc.).
API and Integrations: Strong experience with web services (REST/SOAP) and building custom integrations.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Agentic AI Experience: Hands-on experience with building or integrating agentic AI solutions.
AI/ML Knowledge: Familiarity with machine learning concepts natural language processing (NLP) and AI frameworks.
ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certified System Administrator or other relevant certifications.
Agile/Scrum: Experience working in an Agile development environment.
