POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong PMO capabilities to oversee project governance coordination and reporting in alignment with PMO standards.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects ensuring compliance and driving process improvements. Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is essential for executive-level reporting and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans and timelines.
- Track daily execution of project deliverables and support requirements gathering.
- Ensure alignment of objectives and tasks across cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with architects designers testers and business analysts to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Collect analyze and report project metrics.
- Build executive dashboards using Power BI.
- Create advanced Excel reports including pivot tables charts and macros.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
- Manage project scope cost and time (triple constraint).
- Perform risk and issue management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project delivery.
Mandatory Skills:
- 8 Years of experience in Project Governance & Compliance: Adherence to PMO standards and methodologies.
- 8 Years of experience in Microsoft Excel (Advanced): Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Macros (VBA) Charts Conditional Formatting.
- 5 Years of experience in Power BI: dashboard creation and reporting.
- Project Coordination & Tracking: Monitoring progress deadlines and deliverables.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactive identification and mitigation.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Status reporting and insights generation.
- Project Management Tools: Proficiency in MS Project or equivalent.
- Process Improvement: Identifying inefficiencies and recommending best practices.
- Desired Skills:
- Agile & Waterfall Methodologies: Understanding of both frameworks.
- Budget & Cost Management: Financial tracking and forecasting.
- Change Management: Supporting transitions during project changes.
- Presentation & Documentation: Executive-level reporting and presentations.
