Job Title: Strategic Initiatives Lead (Hybrid) Part Time

Job Description:
The Client seeks a senior professional to jump-start and organize critical initiatives-most urgently a streamlined participant onboarding process for the client and a data-sharing partnership with the State Health Plan (SHP).
This individual will design and launch high-priority workstreams coordinating consultants project managers and subject-matter experts. Once the processes are defined and moving the Lead will transition day-to-day management to permanent staff while remaining available for strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Process Design Create and launch a unified onboarding model that reduces connection time establishes clear metrics and integrates supporting technologies.
- State Health Plan Strategy Initiate a joint the client data strategy and governance framework expand provider connections and set up early use cases (care management population health quality measurement).
- Enterprise Policy Support Provide high-level policy analysis and strategic planning on other emerging priorities ensuring smooth hand-off to permanent teams once direction is set.
- Coordinate cross-functional staff and external vendors keeping stakeholders engaged and progress visible.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in health informatics public health policy information systems or related field (Masters preferred).
- Demonstrated success leading complex multi-stakeholder health IT or policy projects from concept to launch.
- Knowledge of health information exchange EHR integration healthcare data standards and privacy/security requirements.
- Strong facilitation communication and consensus-building skills.
