About this Position:

Job Title: Project Manager (Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Migration)

Required Skills & Competencies:

Proven project management experience in Microsoft 365 migrations (OneDrive SharePoint Online).
Strong knowledge of Agile/Waterfall methodologies and hybrid delivery approaches.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination skills.
Proficiency in risk management governance frameworks and reporting tools (MS Project Power BI Jira or similar).
Strong understanding of public sector IT governance states public records compliance and data retention laws.
Expertise in change management & adoption planning (communication training oversight end-user adoption).
Familiarity with CoPilot configuration licensing implications and governance models.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or related field.
PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification (mandatory).
Prosci or ADKAR Change Management certification (preferred).
Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Project Management-related MS certifications (preferred).
