What the role is about:

Youll oversee all aspects of financial planning reporting compliance and procurement across the group. More than just numbers youll be a critical voice in the boardroom driving strategy empowering your team and building operational resilience.

What youll be doing:

Lead group-wide financial reporting forecasting and regulatory compliance.
Deliver timely and accurate monthly and annual financial statements.
Provide strategic insight and commercial guidance to senior leadership.
Manage banking treasury procurement and supplier relationships.
Ensure audit readiness tax compliance and governance best practices.
Oversee financial systems policies and asset management processes.
Present at Board and Committee meetings and maintain statutory records.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team through coaching and career planning.

Minimum 5 years experience in a senior financial management role.
Strong knowledge of compliance corporate governance and risk frameworks.
Sharp attention to detail with a strategic mindset and operational agility.
