Your Responsibilities

Product Strategy and amp; Vision

You will be the vision-bearer for our product.
You will identify gaps and opportunities in the customer journey and design strategies to fill them.
You will define the product roadmap while ensuring that it aligns with business goals and solving users pain points.

Execution and amp; Delivery

You will gather requirements write product specs and create workflows that bring clarity to execution.
You will scope plan and oversee releases that promote and nbsp;synergy between design and engineering.
You will manage a feature backlog driving prioritization and roadmap planning.
You will lead demos updates and feedback loops with stakeholders throughout the delivery cycle.

Cross-functional Collaboration

You will distill complex concepts for teams and stakeholders for easy understanding.
You will create a safe room for feedback and idea exchange among teams and stakeholders.

What Success looks like

Delivering a product roadmap that consistently aligns with user needs and business goals.
Achieving smooth and timely releases with minimal delivery delays.
Building user journeys that increase satisfaction and retention metrics.
Fostering strong collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Creating a clear and reliable feedback loop between users leadership and product development.

To be considered for this role you should have

2-5 years experience as a Product Manager ideally in fintech or high-growth environments.
Familiarity with JIRA or other software project management tools.
Understanding of product development user experience and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to translate complex business problems into simple user-friendly solutions.
Exceptional written verbal and collaboration skills.
Experience with creating roadmaps feature backlogs and delivery cycles.
Technical fluency or familiarity with engineering and design processes.
