Health Care Assistant

Location: Oaks Hospital Colchester

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Full-time

Summary:
Oaks Hospital is part of Ramsay Health Care UK one of the leading providers of NHS and private patient services in England.

Oaks Hospital is one of Essexs leading private hospitals with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality private hospital treatments and services. Located on the outskirts of Colchester the hospital opened on this site in 1994 and currently has 57 bedrooms including three twin-bedded rooms all with en-suite facilities to ensure complete privacy throughout your stay.

The Role:

The Health Care Assistant will be an integral part of a team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes in a supported environment where you will be valued for your skills and expertise.

What you will bring with you:

  • NVQ level 2 or higher in Health & Social Care
  • Must be able to work both early late and Saturday shifts
  • Excellent customer skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Competent computer skills
  • Proven ability to work in a team or independently as required
  • A warm considerate and empathetic character
  • The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
  • Strong communication skill
  • A flexible and positive attitude
