Business Analyst.

Salary:50000 per annum pro rata.

Location:Homebased. Must be Locatedpermanently in the UK and be willing to travel as needed to any part of the UK.

Contract:Fixed Term Contract until end of March 2026 30 hours per week.

Join ourIT Team as a Business Analyst!

We are seeking a Temporary Part-Time IT Business Analyst to join ourimpactful and collaborative team covering an internal this role you willpredominantlybe working on an excitingproject which brings a new initiative into the organisation for managing our estate and property portfolios. This is a Salesforce based system build. You will need tomanage multiple work packagessimultaneously and be willing to pick up other pieces of work as needed.

Your primary responsibility willbe leading on the gathering documentation and validation of stakeholder requirements as well as designing processes for use within our existing IT systems. You willalsocollaborate closely withourtechnical team to build test and deliver solutions that meet stakeholder and businessobjectives.

  • Your role will incorporate system development tasks such as supporting the design development testing and implementation or re-engineering ofsystems or the processes around using these systems.

  • Our Business Analysts are involved in coordinatingand managingend to end system testingand quality assuranceensuring that the solutions meetthe agreedrequirements.

  • Working across the entire organisation you willgather requirements via a variety of different methods including interviews workshops &data gathering methods translating these requirements into technical specifications.

  • You will be able toanalyse complex technical problems and communicate solutions clearly to bothtechnical and non-technical audiences.

  • You will support with the discovery phases of projectsproviding insights into business challenges and contributing tobusinesscase development.

  • You willfollow departmental proceduresto accuratelydocumentprocesses decision points dataflowsand recommendations presentingfindings to relevantstakeholders.

This is a complete andall-encompassing technical Business Analyst role where you will have the opportunity to be involved with projectsthroughout the end-to-end life cycle.Knowledge understanding and practical experience of working withSalesforce Service Cloudisessential for this role. Candidates without experience in this area will not be considered.

  • Proven experienceas an IT Business Analysis within the third sectoror housing sector isessential.

  • You will have athorough understandingandpractical application of applying technical business analysis skills and tools.

  • Demonstrated experience with SalesforceService Cloud.

  • You willbe highly analyticalwithexcellent attention to detail and strongproblem-solving skills.

  • Quick on the updateable torapidly familiarise with and driveforwardestablished projects.

  • Naturally you will be inquisitive and be open tonew technologies and ways of workingbringing this mindset into your work.

  • Excellent communication skillsable to elicit problems and requirements from stakeholders at all levels.

  • You will be confidentand skilledinpresenting analysis insights and recommendations to all levels including up to C-Suite executives.

  • A team playercomfortable working remotelyandwithdistributedteams.
