DescriptionThis role will support the Head of Projects & Planning in GB Marine working with stakeholders in Cargo GB and across the wider Willis network to develop and implement innovative tools that enhance client outcomes. You will also gain exposure to account handling and broking by working with the Marine Cargo placement teams on programme design and placement for clients across diverse industries and regions. Youll be joining an experienced successful and dynamic team.
The Role:
Support and guide the project team in the development of tools to enhance the experience of our clients markets and colleagues.
- Interpret how tools and solutions might be developed to assist in removing or mitigating problems and issues
You will be working with clients and broking teams from around the world and you will need be able clearly and effectively understand the business requirements and develop solutions. - You will need to be able to converse in the key business languages used in our offices
Account management broking and client servicing support under the direction of Heads of Team and Head of Broking.
- Attend and participate in insurer meetings that will allow you to understand state of the insurance markets.
- Support brokers in the management of client relationships and negotiation of placements with the insurance markets.
- Assist in preparing insightful client and prospect market presentations
- Collaborate with technical wordings and service teams to understand and articulate technical reviews and programme design
- Develop an understanding of the existing WTW analytical tools and use them to help structure an insurance programme.
- Ability to adapt quickly and easily to changing workload conditions and requirements
- Understand a client or prospects business situations opportunities problems and key issues
- Understand and ensure ongoing compliance with Willis Towers Watson guidelines and procedures.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate with clients markets and colleagues across the Willis network in local languages
- A motivated self-starter with a clear ability to use initiative when required
- Good IT and problem solving skills
- Good presentation abilities
- Ability to assimilate and apply large volumes of information rapidly
- Good negotiation skills coupled with the ability to be flexible and innovative
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
- Able to prioritise manage deadlines and work under pressure
