The role : Inside Sales (M/F/X)
Your Responsibilities:
Sales activityBusiness development- Develop a medium and long-term sales strategy aimed at improving revenue growth within your scope.
- Open and develop new commercial accounts.
- Prospect to identify and generate sales opportunities (cold calling emailing social selling etc.).
- Prepare and lead sales meetings with potential new customers.
- Cultivate the extra mile spirit in all sales contact points.
- Participate in Market Intelligence activity by contributing to sectoral technological and competitive market analyses.
- Keep our CRM (Hubspot) and our financial/administrative processes up to date.
Account Management
- Define the key account management strategy to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue enhancement
- Manage existing customer relationships as the main point of contact
- Stimulate and upsell key accounts
- Financial and administrative management
- Follow-up projects with your customers
- Follow-up the development of our consultants with your customers
Recruitment
- Help define the recruitment strategy in line with your needs and guide the recruitment teams to achieve results.
- Participate in the candidate recruitment process through interviews
- Support the recruitment team in the search for and recruitment of profiles
- Manage and monitor relations with the consultants within your scope defining career paths and guiding the relationship with their clients.
Management
- To manage and monitor relations with the consultants within your scope defining their career paths and guiding the relationship with their clients.
- Be the main point of contact to ensure the satisfaction of the consultants in your scope
- Work closely with the HR team to develop a suitable and progressive career path.
- Operational management of multiple teams (Sales Ops and Recruitment)
- Monitoring key performance indicators for the business and recruitment.
- Steering the profit and loss of your scope managing your revenues and costs.

- Fluency in French and English is essential.
