The Senior eInvoicing Project Manager will lead the end-to-end deployment of electronic invoicing solutions across SGS. This encompasses both Outbound eInvoice generation (for customers government agencies and tax authorities) and Inbound eInvoice receipt and validation (from vendors and suppliers). The role ensures regulatory compliance process optimization seamless ERP integration and alignment across Finance Procurement IT and Compliance teams.
- Project Leadership & Delivery: Lead full lifecycle of eInvoicing projects from initiation to go-live managing plans budgets timelines and cross-functional teams (Finance AR/AP Procurement Tax IT vendors).
- Outbound eInvoicing: Oversee customer and government invoice generation ensure compliance with local/regional mandates define formats and digital signatures and coordinate testing and error handling.
- Inbound eInvoicing: Implement vendor invoice reception channels ensure automated validation tax compliance integration with AP workflows and streamline exception handling.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure legal tax and data privacy compliance support audits maintain controls and monitor upcoming regulations.
- Systems Integration & Technical Coordination: Coordinate ERP and middleware integration define technical requirements manage testing cycles and support automation and monitoring tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Management: Serve as liaison between business and technical teams communicate status and risks lead training/documentation and manage change impacts.
- Post-Go-Live Support & Continuous Improvement: Oversee hyper-care monitor production resolve issues and drive process improvements for solution sustainability.
Qualifications :
Required
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Information Systems Engineering or related field.
- 5 years project management experience preferably in Finance process or ERP implementation projects.
- Strong knowledge of AR and AP processes.
- Hands-on experience with eInvoicing frameworks standards or tax authority platforms.
- Proven ERP experience (e.g. Oracle Fusion Cloud Oracle eBusiness Suite SUN Systems SAGE).
- Experience managing complex integrations and multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Excellent communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational risk management and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred
- Familiarity with Peppol EDI XML/UBL formats or country-specific eInvoicing platforms.
- PMP PRINCE2 Agile or equivalent certifications.
- Experience working in global organizations or multiple jurisdictions.
- Knowledge of financial compliance tax rules and digital signatures.
