We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with deep expertise in infrastructure delivery to lead IT/OT projects across multiple sites as part of an M&A integration. The role involves overseeing the deployment and alignment of critical infrastructure services such as O365 SD-WAN and local site infrastructure ensuring compliance with global IT security and regulatory standards (GxP FDA). Operating in a global cross-functional and regulated environment you will manage end-to-end infrastructure rollout coordinate with site stakeholders and ensure successful handover into operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of IT/OT infrastructure projects within the M&A program.
- Oversee deployment of O365 SD-WAN site connectivity data center components and endpoint environments.
- Manage project scope timeline budget and stakeholder alignment from design to implementation.
- Collaborate with departments including Engineering QC Logistics and Global Infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with IT Security Quality Assurance and GxP/regulatory requirements.
- Drive effective project governance risk management issue resolution and change control.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and status reporting via standard project systems.
- Run project steering committees and provide transparent communication to senior leadership.
Qualifications :
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Project Management ideally in M&A or integration programs.
- Strong knowledge of IT/OT architecture including LAN/WAN WiFi Switching Firewalls Servers and Workplace services.
- Proven delivery experience with O365 rollout SD-WAN implementations and local site infrastructure modernization.
- Experience in regulated industries preferably Pharmaceuticals with understanding of GxP and FDA requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and vendor coordination skills.
- Degree in IT Engineering or a related field.
- Certifications: PMP Prince2 or equivalent.
