What are we looking for
- Experience in an equivalent leadership role in the Groups Meetings & Events (GM&E) sector or as a GM&E Contract Manager / Planner with several years of professional experience in the hospitality industry
- Proven track record of successfully achieving sales targets in the GM&E area and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities
- Fluent in both German and English written and spoken
- Strong presentation skills
- Outstanding leadership communication and negotiation abilities

Your Responsibilities:
- Support in the strategic and operational execution of sales activities space utilisation and profitability
- Optimisation of contracting processes and sales systems (e.g. Delphi OnQ)
- Revenue control and planning efficiency
- Close collaboration with Revenue Management and Sales Team
- Independent handling of customer arrangements site inspections and event bookings
- Management and oversight of contracting processes for group conference and event bookings
- Review of event contracts and ensuring compliance with all customer agreements
- Delegation of customer inquiries within the team and monitoring of execution and processing
- Contribution to the development of annual business plans and budgets
- Participation in and facilitation of internal meetings
- Support of marketing and sales initiatives and client acquisition
- Preparation of presentations and reports
- Personnel management and duty scheduling
