We are looking for a Portfolio Manager to join our team.
The Portfolio Manager supports the Workplace function with key inputs across data financial tracking transactions and cross-team coordination. This is a junior but high-impact role designed to provide flexible support to the wider team and ensure insight organisation and execution across the FM project compliance and property portfolio - supporting accurate data financial tracking and governance.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early career property professional with strong analytical organisational and communication skills looking to gain exposure across capital projects FM strategy vendor oversight and space planning who is looking to build their career with an industry leader.

Degree (or studying toward) in Property FM Business Analytics or related field.
Experience in corporate real estate property management FM or data/finance role.
Comfortable using Excel PowerPoint FM platforms lease management tools and reporting dashboards.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organised with attention to detail.
Eager to learn adaptable and collaborative.
Interest in ESG inclusive workplace design or the education sector desirable.
