Salary:per year (DOE qualifications & bonuses)
Working Hours: Monday Friday 9am 5pm (with flexibility for additional hours/On-Call)
Sleep-ins: Not required

We are seeking a caring enthusiastic and resilient Registered Manager to lead this service and make a lasting difference in the lives of young people.
You will:
Provide a safe supportive and nurturing environment
Lead and inspire staff teams to deliver high standards of care
Have strong knowledge of Ofsted Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and safeguarding
Demonstrate resilience motivation and commitment to positive outcomes
Be flexible to join the On-Call Manager rota when required
Diploma Level 3 in Children & Young Peoples Workforce (or equivalent) essential
Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or Level 4 Registered Manager Award) desirable
Minimum 3 years experience in residential childcare
Minimum 2 years in a management role
