Job Summary
Middle School English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher (Long Term Sub)Reports To: Middle School PrincipalDanvers Public Schools seeks a Long Term English Language Arts (ELA) Teacher for the Holten Richmond Middle School. Must have proper DESE certification.Job Description:The ELA teacher will guide and support students in developing competencies in the structure of ELA by implementing the District approved curriculum Provide direct instruction of grade level ELA standards Collaborate with grade level department to ensure curriculum pacing Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of all students Communicate and reach out to parents to provide updates and share concerns Collaborate with special education staff to support the needs of all learnersAdditional Information:The Danvers Public School District is committed to the principle of equal opportunity in education and employment.
