- Extract and retrieve structured data from SAP using defined TCodes.
- Clean transform and organize data for upload to internal report servers and dashboards.
- Run and interpret basic SQL queries for data validation and reporting purposes.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively (pivot tables formulas VLOOKUP etc.) to manipulate and analyze datasets.
- Document workflows TCodes used and key data handling procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather reporting requirements and ensure data delivery aligns with business needs.
- Identify and troubleshoot data inconsistencies or anomalies escalating when necessary.
- Follow established data governance standards and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
- Adheres to and participates in all EH&S practices and standards across the site including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.
Minimum Qualifications
- Up to 3 years of experience in a data-focused role such as internships contract work or junior-level positions in data analysis or ERP support.
- Some exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred but not required training will be provided.
- Proficiency in Excel including pivot tables lookup functions and data formatting techniques.
- Basic SQL knowledge to retrieve and validate structured data from databases.
- Ability to clearly document processes and communicate findings with team members.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Exposure to SAP environments or familiarity with SAP transaction codes (TCodes).
- Understanding of ETL (Extract Transform Load) concepts or data integration workflows.
- Basic scripting or automation experience (e.g. Python PowerShell VBA).
- Experience working with reporting tools such as Power BI Tableau or SSRS.
