The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Motor Rewinder / MechanicalElectrical Fitter to join our expanding team in Truganina.

This is a senior hands-on position ideal for a tradesperson who enjoys combining technical excellence with mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Overhaul rewind and repair of AC and DC motors and generators.

Perform and record electrical/mechanical inspections and tests.

Carry out testing fault diagnosis and precision repairs on rotating equipment and associated electrical components.

Lead and mentor apprentices and junior fitters ensuring best practice and safety compliance.

Maintain accurate job records and adhere to all WHS requirements.

About You

To be successful you will bring:

Certificate III in Electrical Fitting / Electrotechnology or equivalent trade qualification.

5 years experience in electric motor rewinding and rotating equipment repair.

Strong attention to detail excellent fault-finding skills and solid mathematical aptitude.

Reliability a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and in a team.

A commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
