Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers with a warm and welcoming attitude
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
Serve meals and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
Handle payments and operate POS system
Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations

Requirements:

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly professional and team-oriented attitude
Must be available to work evenings and weekends
