The ideal candidate for this position will have the skills and experience necessary to:

  • Assist small business owners in putting together business plans advise in financing new business and offering other resources and matching them with resource partners.
  • Profile new clients assess the needs to the clients and follow-up with clients.
  • Educate new clients about the resources available within the business resource center and other Zions Bank departments.
  • Provide counseling to clients through one-on-one consultations e-mail or over the phone.

  • Attend and represent the bank at business lunches and other events as requested.

  • Liaise between ZBRC and all internal department and business partners to ensure proper communication and efficient operations.
  • Public speaking may be component of the position.
  • Maintain relationships with all service providers and partners

Qualifications:

  • Requires a Bachelors degree in business finance economics or related field and 2 years experience with banking and financial services industry relationship management sales or other directly related experience.
  • A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.
  • Working knowledge of banking products and services strategic planning and business development.
  • Must have excellent communication analysis and computer skills.
  • Ability to interact with various types of clients.
  • Knowledge business plan development knowledge.
  • Ability to understand a broad perspective of issues related to any type of businesses.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus.
