Job Summary

cFocus Software seeks a Program Manager to join our program supporting the Navy. This position is onsite in Dahlgren VA. This position requires active TS/SCI clearance.
Qualifications:

A degree in Computer Science Information Systems Engineering Business Administration or other related discipline is preferred.
10 years of professional management experience with at least five (5) years in the Department of Defense (DoD) or Navy Information Technology (IT) systems.
Experience should include administrative oversight handling of DoD contractual matters corporate management and ability to provide overall technical schedule and cost direction while serving as a liaison between the Government representative and the Contracting Officer Representative (COR).
5 years of experience in the DoD or Navy IT systems is required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Duties:

Provide project management support and support for Government project management activities.
Project management support includes activities such as risk issue and opportunity management identification of performance requirements estimation of project costs development of project plans and identification of and achieving milestones throughout the project Life-Cycle from concept development and formulation through initial system design development deployment and maintenance.
Provide effective management of project(s) project schedule(s) performance risks warranties Sub-contracts (if applicable) deliverables and data that enables the successful management and completion of all projects.
Provide support services to include requirements identification change control acquisition & logistics and operations and maintenance in support of developing and sustaining computing capabilities.
Provide support to answer data calls respond to Cyber Directives (e.g. Command Task Orders (CTOs) Information Assurance Vulnerability Messages (IAVMs) Fragmentary Orders (FRAGORDS) and other direction to ensure IT and cybersecurity controls are maintained.
Provide technical representation and attend technical In Process Reviews/Interim Progress Reviews (IPRs) Configuration Design Review (CDRs) System Design Review (SDRs) Change Control Board (CCB) meetings Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings as well as technical working group meetings and briefings (e.g. as an IT Project technical or management representative).
Present information relative to current Government IT Project management position policies and plans but should not be construed as representing functions that are inherently governmental in nature.
Support User and Government Acceptance Testing and perform service validation and testing (e.g. in conjunction with the deployment of system changes) and report results with recommendations for resolving identified issues.
Provide required On-site and Desk-side response to incidents outages and service requests.
Dispatch technicians when incidents or problems cannot be resolved remotely or requests cannot be fulfilled remotely.
Provide on-site support callback support or both outside of core hours in response to non-standard events (e.g. critical incidents events that require immediate attention) adjusting work hours to not exceed forty (40) hours per week unless otherwise agreed to by the Government.
Collect customer feedback (preferably via the Governments ITSM tool(s) that shall be provided to the Contractor and directly to the Government.
Develop and execute processes and procedures that it will employ to manage day-to-day relationships with the Government customers other stakeholders and other support vendors.
Submit its processes and procedures to the Government for oversight and approval.
Monitor manage and report the performance of the processes.
