Your purpose

Followour Standard Operating Procedures and Steps of Service consistently in order tomaintain our standards of food service.
Runfood from the Kitchen to the correct department ensure items correctly matchthe ticket / check.
Wash/ polish glassware crockery and cutlery as required.
Ensurethere is sufficient mise in place for each service.
Handoverany relevant information to the colleague relieving your shift or break beforeyou depart.
Carryout cleaning duties as required in order to keep the area you are working in inprime condition.
Take responsibility foryour section and tools to minimise breakages and wastage

Previous experience in a private members club five-star hotel or similar luxury environment is preferred.
