Your Mission:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse at our Health Center youll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care. From administering medications with precision to lending a compassionate ear to our residents your impact will be felt every day.
What Youll Do:
Collaborate with a passionate team to deliver exceptional care.
Coordinate and administer medications adhering to the 5 rights of medication administration.
Be a compassionate companion to our residents providing comfort and support.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of our resident care areas.
Play a crucial role in our quality assurance program ensuring excellence in care.
Embrace training opportunities to continuously grow and excel in your role.
What Were Looking For:
Must possess a current unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in this state.
At least six (6) months as a staff nurse in a long-term care facility.
Must be able to read write speak and understand the English language.
Must display professionalism both in appearance and attitude.
