Job Description:
Robersons Albany Ford has an immediate opening for an auto sales consultant. Come join our team and work with the most exciting inventory line-up the auto industry! In this role you will be responsible for guiding customers through the car-buying process from understanding their needs to finalizing the sale. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automobiles excellent communication skills and a strong ability to close sales while providing exceptional customer service. *Wage to be discussed in the interview varies based on experience.*
Job Responsibilities:
- Working with customers to find a vehicle that fits their needs - which includes explaining features and benefits test driving and working closely with sales manager and detail team to complete the sale
- Taking vehicle inquiry phone calls
- Working with finance manager to relay all important details of the sale in order to obtain financing if needed
- Assist in open/close procedure as needed
- Help to ensure all inventory is in working order reporting any problems to management
- Other duties may be assigned by manager
Job Requirements:
- Must have the ability to communicate well with people possess a good work ethic and positive attitude.
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid drivers license and clean driving record
